Our Avila family of Caregivers and Staff Are Here For You

Dear Avila Clients and Families,

Our Avila family of caregivers and staff are here for you and your family during this difficult health challenge of coronavirus that’s impacting all of our lives in so many ways.

Even though our office team is working from home in order to do all we can to stop this virus from spreading, please know that you can reach us just as you always do.  If you need anything at all, simply call: 443-846-0511 for our main office in Towson office or 410-946-6233 if you are in Carroll County.

Avila’s scheduling staff are working around the clock to take your calls remotely instead of from our offices, as businesses in Maryland are being advised to do. We are holding twice a day conference calls with our client coordination teams to ensure that our caregivers and staff have access to all of the most recent coronavirus updates and advisories.

Most importantly, we are here to help you- whether it’s groceries dropped off at your doorstep, or ordering supplies for you on-line. If you need personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and medication reminders, please don’t hesitate to call on us- our caregivers have been trained in aggressive hygienic and prevention methods, and we are here to serve and support you and your family.

Avila caregivers can drive clients to see their doctor, or simply pick up and drop off prescriptions if needed.  Also, for those of you with loved ones in Nursing Homes or Assisted Living Facilities, in most cases our staff can enter and provide companionship and support to your loved ones, even when family members are not able to visit.  If this would be of benefit to you, just let us know.

If you need more urgent medical care, Avila Home Care can connect you with our leading medical institution partners- GBMC Hospital, LifeBridge Health Partners (who operates several hospitals in the Baltimore area) and Gilchrist. In the case of an emergency- as always please call 911.

As all of us move forward through this daunting health challenge in the coming weeks- know that we are working to care for you and your loved ones by the grace of God, and that we are keeping you and your loved ones in prayer.

God bless and godspeed-

Danny
