Marie Fisher is Avila’s Caregiver of the Month for March, 2022! Marie is not only invested in her clients’ well-being, but she makes a special point to spend time with her clients’ families as well. Congratulations to Nadine Wright! Avila’s Caregiver of the Month for February 2022, Nadine has been a solid and reliable caregiver with Avila since the spring of 2018. She has faithfully served many clients, and has consistently gone above and beyond. Nadine is reliable, hard-working and professional, and treats her clients as if they are her own family. We look forward to partnering with Nadine for many more years to come!
Avila is delighted to share that Sharone Shackleford is our Caregiver of the Month for January 2022! Sharone joined Avila in early 2018. During her tenure, she has been an integral part of the team serving countless clients. Sharone is dedicated and hard-working, and exhibits a very strong level of commitment to her clients. She has especially gone above and beyond throughout the pandemic to make sure clients get the care they need. We are so thankful to have Sharone on the Avila team!
Esther Smith is Avila‘s Caregiver of the Month for December 2021! Esther has been a dedicated team member with Avila since 2017. Her compassion and care for her clients is ever-present. She is steadfastly reliable, and has brought love and kindness to countless clients during her time with us. We are grateful to have her on Avila‘s Caregiving Team! Congratulations to Reginald Nwaike– Avila’s Caregiver of the Month for November 2021! Reginald has been with Avila for 1 ½ years, and in his time with us he has proved himself to be an invaluable team member. He sets an extremely high standard, and is detail-oriented, conscientious, and compassionate. Reginald always holds his clients’ needs as the top priority. She has a kind and compassionate heart and does everything she can to help people thrive in their home.
