“A Walk Down Memory Lane”

Avila Home Care was thrilled to host its 2nd Annual Senior Citizens' Prom at Loyola Blakefield school
on Sunday, April 14th, 2024!

More than 140 senior citizens and their family, friends, and professional Caregivers, including residents from 14 area senior living communities as well as 30 guests who live independently in their own homes, came together for a delicious meal and to dance and sing to their favorite songs.

Prom portraits, corsages and boutonnieres, gift bags and prizes made the Prom extra special.

Whether in wheelchairs, with a walker or on their own two feet, our senior guests celebrated with more than 70 Loyola 9th-grade students and parents who volunteered for the boys’ 9th-grade Spring Service Project, making this a beautiful intergenerational event!
