Jane Dameron and Shameka Henson are Avila’s Caregivers of the Month for June, 2025!

We are excited to announce that Avila has selected TWO exceptional Caregivers of the Month for June 2025- Jane Dameron and Shameka Henson- we just couldn’t decide which one to choose as both are so extraordinary! Jane’s dedication, kindness and compassionate spirit has made a lasting impact on all of her clients and their families. Jane epitomizes great caregiving, supporting her clients’ personal care needs, and also providing deep companionship. Caregiver Shameka Henson brings patience, strength, and warmth to every client. We are fortunate to have Shameka leading with heart, and exemplifying what exceptional caregiving looks like. We especially recognize both Jane and Shameka for their dedication with their shared long-time client, to whom they became like family. Their long-time client often shared how much she admired them, and that she truly thought the world of them. We thank Jane and Shameka for being an incredible part of Avila’s Caregiving team. Please note that Jane’s photo is featured here, but Shameka has been so busy with clients that she’s not yet had a chance to have her photo taken 🙂. Congratulations and THANK YOU Jane and Shameka!
