Our Services

With one phone call from you, we’ll send one of Avila Home Care’s Registered Nurses
to do a free in-home assessment of your loved one’s needs. We’ll then create a
customized care plan with a flexible schedule and no long term commitment.

We can provide care for your loved one in whatever setting they call home-
whether in their house or apartment, an assisted living environment,
a nursing home, or in the home of a friend or family member.

Whether a 2-hour visit, or 24-hour care, our Caregivers can provide Companion or
Personal Care, including help with memory care, medication reminders, meal preparation,
supportive services and light housekeeping, transportation, and end of life care.

Companion Care

From reading a story to accompanying you to a doctor’s appointment, from helping with exercises to taking a walk, attentive companionship is at the heart of what we do.

Meal Preparation

We’ll help plan, shop for, prepare and serve meals that are healthy and meet your nutritional needs.

Personal Care

We help with bathing, dressing, skin care, grooming, and morning and bedtime routines, treating you with dignity and respect.

Supportive Services and Light Housekeeping

Our Caregivers will keep your home tidy, sort the mail and read it to you and even do the laundry.

Memory Care

Our experienced Caregivers understand how to love and care for people who have Alzheimer's or other dementia-related issues, nurturing your loved one’s independence and minimizing agitation and distress.

Transportation

We’ll drive you to doctors’ appointments, the grocery store or a local park for a picnic- wherever you’d like to go!

Medication Reminders

We provide gentle reminders to take medicine so that complications don’t arise from missed schedules.

End of Life Care

We have deep experience and extensive training in supporting hospice care, and we work closely with our partners at Gilchrist hospice to provide families with love and extra support.
